Rates

General Information

There will be no pro-rating done for a partial month's stay
No refunds will be given for a partial month's stay.

• Glenaire RV Park is an age 55 plus community.
• Overnight guests must be registered at the office upon arrival. Parking for guests will be in specified areas only. No overnight parking on the street!
• Only small pets (up to 35 lbs per pet) are allowed and must be kept on a leash and in control when outside your unit. Two animals per space limit. Assistive/emotional support animals are welcome, regardless of size. All assistive/emotional support animals must be registered at the office upon arrival and all appropriate paperwork must be submitted. Please pick up after your pets. Dog waste bag stands are located throughout the park.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
• Rates are based on double occupancy: 2 persons and 2 indoor pets per site.
• Please check in at the park office upon arrival.

Mobile Home Rates

$310.00 per month or $3,600.00 per year paid in advance (electric extra)

Park Model Rates & Long-Term RV Rates

$285.00 per month or $3,300.00 per year paid in advance (electric extra)

All rents are due on the 1st of the month
All rents now include basic cable TV
Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse

RV Rates

Storage Rates

You can leave your RV in your space all year. If you do, it is $50.00 a month (up to a maximum of 7 months). In order to qualify for this rate, 5 consecutive months must be paid at $350.00.

Apartments

Glenaire has three - one-bedroom apartments available. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, and bath and comes completely furnished, including linens. There is an additional $25.00 pet rent for each pet.

Room Rates

Glenaire RV Park has two rooms available for overnight guests of Park Residents. The rooms share a common bath and a kitchen is available. All the Park Facilities are available including a swimming pool, BBQ, patio and small library. Bathing and laundry facilities are located towards the middle of the park. Please exercise caution when using the pool. No diving. No running. No rough-housing and no admittance to the equipment area. Please ask your guests to bring beach towels if they will be using the pool.

All Park Rules apply while staying in the park.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept checks (US and Canadian checks), Travelers' Cheques, Money Orders, and Cashier's checks.

We no longer accept cash payments.

We do not accept credit or debit cards.
